All products are made to order as such manufacturing times may vary. We aim to make and deliver items within 14 days. If you require your product sooner then please contact Finchfield Design so we can prioritise your order.
Packaging costs are included with each order and this also includes postage. Once you reach the checkout you will see what rates of P&P apply.
For bespoke products, P&P rates will vary and this will be communicated within any quotes requested.
We love our products and hope you will too, so to ensure they are received in perfect condition we ensure high quality packaging is used that also keeps P&P to a minimum.
If you have any specific requirements regarding P&P then please contact us prior to ordering so we can accommodate your requests.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges. Please contact Finchfield Design within 14 days of delivery so that we can make arrangements.
Should you wish to return or exchange items they must be returned with 30 days. Products must be received before reimbursement or exchange takes place.
Because of the nature of these items, the following items can't be returned or exchanged
unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (i.e. food products)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective in which case please contact Finchfield Design prior to return to discuss costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
